1. Eligibility for Returns

- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, customized products, and clearance sale items unless they are defective or damaged.

- We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.

- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

- COD orders will be refunded as store credit or to your bank account (bank details required).

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective items received.

- Exchanges are only allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
