3. Pricing & Discounts

- Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be used after an order is placed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to deliver orders on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. BellaModa is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return policy conditions.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection. COD orders will be refunded as store credit.
